“Five Stanzas for Hemingway” Published in The Whisky Blot
Dear friends and readers,
Another one of my poems has been recently published in The Whisky Blot.
“Five Stanzas for Hemingway” was inspired by Tomas Tranströmer’s “Fem strofer till Thoreau,” which was a part of his debut collection 17 dikter, published in 1954.
While The Whisky Blot (managed by editor-in-chief Shane Huey) is a relatively new literary journal, it has already published a very fine selection of fiction and poetry, including by Pushcart Prize winner Kurt Luchs. So, please make sure to head over there and read some of the other great pieces as well.
Thanks for reading,
Max
… and if you want to spend me a coffee to support my writing, that’s always greatly appreciated. ☕
